Biography
The ULB Machine Learning Group (MLG) is a research unit of the Computer Science Department of the Faculty of Sciences, co-headed by Prof. Gianluca Bontempiand Prof. Tom Lenaerts. MLG has long-standing expertise on machine learning and behavioural informatics research, currently focussing on time series, networks, game theory and behavioural experiments with applications in data science, medicine, biology, cybersecurity, affective computing and social dynamics.
MLG is currently also part of the board of the Benelux AI society (http://www.bnvki.org). This society groups all main AI research departments in the Benelux and provides a yearly AI conference for the community. For more information about this society, please contact Tom Lenaerts.
